Trauma from chronic health issues and chronic pain can interfere with full holistic healing of the body. My goal is to help you create a healthy relationship between your mind and body through wellness coaching, integrative nutrition, mental health therapy, accountability, and meditative and/or restorative yoga. I can help you address each of your symptoms and potential root causes.

Please join us in welcoming our newest team member, Jolene Wright!

Jolene is currently a Masters of Social Work student at the University of Illinois, bringing a unique and thoughtful approach to care. With a background in forestry and a deep connection to nature, she believes strongly in the role of the natural world in healing and overall well-being.

In addition to her clinical training, Jolene teaches yoga, tai chi, and meditation, and has spent several years working within the VA healthcare system supporting veterans through the Whole Health model while helping individuals reconnect with what matters most and create meaningful, lasting change.

As a veteran herself, Jolene is especially passionate about working with veterans, as well as individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. She’s a great fit for those curious about the mind-body connection and open to exploring new ways of understanding themselves.

Jolene is a strong, grounded listener who creates a space where clients feel truly heard. Her approach is rooted in mindfulness, non-judgmental awareness, and meeting people exactly where they are while gently supporting growth and deeper insight.

Jolene is now accepting clients for a June start date and will be available for in person or telehealth sessions. Jolene accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, and offers low-cost therapy options for those who qualify.

Tomorrow, April 21st - join me for a deeply nourishing Restore session designed to help you reset, release, and reconnect.

We’ll move through gentle breathwork to calm your nervous system, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra practice, paired with music therapy to bring you into a state of deep rest and inner balance.

Have anxiety? Need some useful tips for reduction? Free resource drop on Friday the 10th.

Breathwork and Yoga Nidra are powerful practices for calming the nervous system and restoring mental clarity. Join me Tuesday the 21st at 6pm for a FREE online class. More details coming soon!

EMDR intensives delivered in 3–5 hour blocks can be especially beneficial because they allow for deeper, uninterrupted processing of traumatic memories without the stop-and-start nature of traditional 50-minute sessions.
This extended format creates space to fully access, desensitize, and reprocess a target in one sitting, often accelerating progress and reducing overall treatment time.
Longer blocks also help clients stay regulated within the therapeutic window, build momentum, and leave sessions with a stronger sense of resolution and integration rather than feeling cut off mid-process.
