Paula is one of our Full time night nurses and her caring nature makes her a favorite of the residents and staff. Paula is always willing to help out and work extra, in addition to her full time schedule rotation, she has helped us out in emergencies time and time again! Thank you Paula for all you do!

Shout out to our marketing director/clinical liaison Annette Stover! Annette is our face of the building, and often the first person our residents and families meet as she is always out and about in the hospitals and community. We can’t say enough good things about our Annette! She’s our busy bee and goes above and beyond to collect information and does whatever she can to make each transition into the facility a successful one! Thanks Annette for all you do!

Accepting applications for ADON!

The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the nursing department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for elder care, a strong leadership and management background, and a commitment to providing quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff
Ensure that all residents receive the highest quality of care
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
Monitor the nursing budget and ensure that resources are used efficiently
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the needs of residents are met
Represent the nursing department to the administration and to the community
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
Current RN license in the state you are working in
Valid CPR certification
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
