We’d love for you to meet someone special on our team—** Hayden**!

Hayden joined our team in 2022 and quickly became known for kindness, attention to detail, great customer care, and her great personality. She is passionate about helping our patients have a great experience in purchasing new eyeglasses, and it really shows in the way she cares for each and every patient.

Outside of work, Hayden enjoys reading, painting, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Barrett Brown is a Monticello, AR native and a graduate of Monticello High School. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Arkansas at Monticello in 2008, followed by his Doctor of Optometry from
The Southern College of Optometry in 2013.

Dr. Brown is the owner of SEARK Eyecare established in 2019. He won the Southern College of Optometry Hays Center of Practice Excellence award in 2020. Dr. Brown is a member of the American and Arkansas Optometric Associations, currently serving as a board member for the AROA. Dr Brown and family are members of First Baptist Church in Monticello.

Dr. Brown lives in Monticello with his wife, Meri Whitney, and his two children Oliver and Ruby. In his spare time Dr. Brown enjoys spending time with his family outdoors and taking care of the farm.

Dr. Walker Jarrett is a Monticello, Arkansas native and a graduate of Monticello High School. He earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Biochemistry from the University of Arkansas at Monticello in 2017, followed by his Doctor of Optometry from the Southern College of Optometry in 2021.

Dr. Jarrett has practiced at SEARK Eyecare for the past five years.

Dr. Jarrett lives in Monticello with his wife, Beth, and their son, Will.

He is an active member of the American Optometric Association, the Arkansas Optometric Association, FUMC Monticello, and the Monticello Men’s Golf Association.

Dr. Logan Bone is a native of Monticello, Arkansas. He graduated from the University of Arkansas-Monticello with degrees in Biology and Biochemistry in 2017. After receiving his doctorate in optometry from Southern College of Optometry in 2021, Dr. Bone returned to his home state to practice in Little Rock and Pine Bluff.

Dr. Bone resides in Monticello with his wife Sydney.

Dr. Bone is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Arkansas Optometric Association.

Dr. Bone will be joining SEARK Eyecare in January 2026!
