Dr. Hailey Shaffer and her husband, Steven Williams, welcomed a new member to the family on September 30, 2021.

Calvin Lee Williams. 8 lbs 8 oz with some kissable cheeks!

Mom, dad, brother (Elliott), and baby Calvin are doing great and enjoying life as a family of 4.

Dr. Hailey Shaffer and her husband, Steven Williams, welcomed a new member to the Monticello Eye Center Family on May 28,2020.

Elliott Jude Williams.

Mom, dad, and baby are doing great.

Dr. Shaffer will be out of the office through July 21, 2020 to enjoy time with her family.

We will be open for all services by appointment only.

Following our State Optometric Association Guidelines, we will be seeing patients based on an adjusted schedule to allow time for cleaning/limited capacity. As the COVID-19 situation evolves, we will adjust the schedule as necessary. Look out for a phone call from our office prior to your eye appointment with more details on our safety policies.

Those needing to pickup glasses or contacts, please call our office at 574-583-9311 for an appointment. Same day pickup is available.
