Reflexology, either Foot or Hand, is used most often and as needed. Reflexology uses skillful pressure to specific points in the feet. I join in the silent dialogue within your body to listen what the need is. Reflexology has shown to improve circulation. Improved circulation can result in decreased muscle tension, soreness, reduced swelling from injuries or illness, and the ability to concentrate. Plus so much more. Ask me about me traveling to you with all of the necessary supplies to pamper you for 30-60 minutes! I offer several services such as Remedy Testing, Hands on Healing, Emotion Code, Soul Link, Restoration, Reiki, Frequency Healing. Additionally, I use Young Living essential oils in my everyday life and will use them, as needed during sessions.
