We have been busy the past few days at Monticello Nursing & Rehab Center and Pennington Square. 👏

We welcomed Chef Kevin for a great chef demo and our monthly brunch, bringing both communities together to enjoy delicious food. 🍽️👨‍🍳

At Pennington Square, residents had fun playing ring toss with lots of laughs and friendly competition. 🎯😄 Meanwhile, residents at Monticello Nursing & Rehab got creative making winter door hangers just in time for the snowstorm. ❄️🎨

Our favorite feline friend Harper stopped by Pennington Square yesterday to say hello to all of our tenants, and it truly made everyone’s day. 🐾💙 From gentle purrs to curious cuddles, Harper brought lots of smiles, laughter, and warm moments throughout the community. We are so thankful for visits like this that make Pennington Square feel even more like home.

🎨🐷🍧 Another Fun-Filled Day at Monticello Nursing & Rehab! 🍧🐷🎨

Our residents have been staying busy and smiling with some great activities lately! We enjoyed getting creative with water painting, shared lots of laughs playing a favorite game of Pass the Pig, and cooled off with a sweet treat of raspberry sherbet.

It’s moments like these that make our days special—creativity, friendly competition, and a little something sweet to top it all off! 💙

🍌☕ We had a busy and fun day here at Pennington Square! Our residents enjoyed baking some delicious homemade banana bread, playing our favorite game of Coverall, and getting energized with a great morning exercise session.

Tomorrow, we’d love for you to stop by for coffee and a chat as we enjoy that fresh banana bread and even better conversation. Our doors are always open to the community, and everyone is welcome to join in on our activities.

🧠✨ Staying sharp and getting a little crafty at Pennington Square!

Our residents have been keeping their minds active with fun concentration puzzles, enjoying a few lively games of Yahtzee, and creating some amazing little crafts along the way. It’s always great to see everyone engaged, laughing, and trying something new.

A big thank you to Care Initiatives Angie Kramer for stopping in and helping with our craft—it made the day even more special!

We welcomed the New Year with a fun and festive pizza party filled with great music, tasty snacks, games, and lots of smiles. Our residents and team enjoyed spending time together, celebrating new beginnings, and making special memories to kick off the year.

🍕 Pizza Day Fun at Pennington Square! 🍕

Today we had a great time welcoming our Dietary Department for our monthly visit. Our tenants enjoyed making delicious pizzas, talking all things food, and picking up helpful tips for healthy choices.

We even watched the World Championships of Pizza Tossing while we ate—lots of laughs and talk about giving it a try ourselves next month! A big thank-you to our amazing dietary team for always making these visits fun and informative. 🍕😊
