This week’s Staff Appreciation spotlight goes to someone who has been part of the Shepherd Premier Monticello family for 4 ½ years — and we couldn’t be more grateful. 💛

Meet Belinda! She is an RN who has been a cornerstone of our home ever since. When we asked what keeps her here, she said: “I love making sure the residents have what they need to give them the best quality of life. I also love getting to know them and their family members personally, along with their history in Monticello and the surrounding communities.”

Loyalty like this is rare. We don’t take it for granted. 🙏
