Lupus is a complex autoimmune disease that affects millions of people worldwide, yet it remains widely misunderstood and too often invisible.
Often called "The Disease of 1000 Faces," lupus can affect nearly any organ system in the body and presents differently in every individual. For many people living with lupus, the realities of fatigue, pain, flares, uncertainty, and delayed diagnosis are part of daily life.
We need to raise awareness, foster understanding, and advocate for better care, research, and support for everyone impacted by lupus.
Because people living with lupus deserve better.
Together, we can help make lupus more visible. 💜

May is Anxiety Awareness Month.
And anxiety isn't one size fits all.
It's generalized anxiety,
constant worry you can't shut off.
It's social anxiety,
overthinking every word, every look.
It's panic disorder,
your body going into fight or flight out of nowhere.
It's OCD,
intrusive thoughts that won't let go.
It's postpartum anxiety,
fear that feels louder than reality.
It's health anxiety,
every symptom feeling like something serious.
It's being "fine" on the outside, while your mind won't slow down inside.
It's exhausting.
And a lot of people are hiding it well.
So this month, be patient.
Be understanding.
Because you never know
what kind of battle someone is fighting in their own head.
And if it's you, You're not alone in this. 💙
