We are a growing company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our team. This role will start as part-time with a flexible schedule (typically 2–3 days per week), though additional hours may be available in the beginning to help us get caught up. As our business grows, there is potential for this role to expand into full-time.

Position Overview:
As our bookkeeper, you’ll work closely with our Payroll Manager (who currently oversees the books) to keep our financial records accurate and organized. Your main focus will be reconciling accounts and matching transactions in QuickBooks Online so that everything is prepared for our accountant during tax season.

Key Responsibilities:

Reconcile bank and credit card accounts regularly
Match and categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online
Maintain accurate and organized financial records
Prepare financial data for accountant review during tax season
Research and resolve discrepancies as they arise
Bring questions or issues regarding financials to the Payroll Manager

Qualifications:

Proven bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks Online required)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good organizational and communication skills
Problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies efficiently

Schedule & Growth:

Flexible part-time schedule: typically 2–3 days per week
Extra hours may be available at the start to help us get caught up
Potential to expand into a full-time role in the future
