For nearly four (4) decades, Hoodie has been a steady and trusted presence, answering the call during emergencies, providing calm guidance in critical moment, and supporting first responders and citizens alike.

Throughout the years, Hoodie's commitment, professionalism, and compassion have helped shape the standards of excellence within our 911 center. Hoodie's experience and knowledge have been invaluable, not only to the public we serve, but also to the many coworkers who have learned from her example.
