Dear Family & Friends,

This is the hardest message I’ve ever had to write. After many sleepless nights, tears, and prayers, I’ve made the decision to close Amy’s Trach Ties. My health has been up and down, and Shane at home more, we feel it’s time to slow down, travel, and make the most of the days we are blessed with.

I don’t see you all as customers — I see you as family. Over the years, you’ve shared your stories, your struggles, and your victories with me. You’ve trusted me to be a small part of your lives, and in return you’ve given me more love, encouragement, and strength than I could ever put into words.

This isn’t goodbye to the friendships we’ve built — those will always stay with me. It’s simply a new chapter. I will carry every memory, every message, and every smile with me on this journey ahead.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for walking this path with me. You’ve changed my life forever.
