Our Customer Service Overall Champion for January 2026 is Matthew Jackson. 💙🎉

Matthew works in our IT department as an IT Specialist. Matthew was nominated for his attitude, communication, teamwork and professionalism. Although Matthew does not work directly with patients, he was nominated for always answering each help desk call with a smile and positive attitude. His coworkers said he always helps everyone to the best of his ability and makes sure it has a positive resolution. While working with users on their tickets and issues, he always makes each user feel heard and maintains a positive conversation throughout the interaction. Additionally, he is always willing to learn and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that backend day-to-day operations for Mainline are carried out smoothly. His kindness and willingness to learn have been great assets to the IT department and beyond.
