Out of caution we are opening at 7am tomorrow with a modified class schedule.
Our Achieve app is super handy for finding a class time to workout or come in anytime to workout on your own from 7am-5pm.

Due to continued icy and dangerous road conditions we are opening with a modified class schedule again tomorrow.
Our Achieve app is super handy for finding a class time to workout or come in anytime to workout on your own from 8am-6pm.
Yoga is canceled this week due to a death in the family.

We’re OPEN tomorrow with a condensed class schedule 🙌

For safe travel with overnight freezing, we’ll be opening later and closing earlier.
8am-6pm

Our parking lot is partially cleared and we’re excited to get back to moving together.
Please use caution when entering from Old Warren Road, where you park, and be mindful of icy patches throughout the lot.

We will be closed again tomorrow due to unsafe conditions. Old Warren Road and our parking lot remain covered in ice and snow, and your safety is our top priority.
We are working on clearing the lot and being ready for Wednesday workouts.

In the meantime, keep moving using the Paradigm app—access the Workout of the Day, Fitness Shift, and Inferno30 bodyweight workouts. Just one of the perks of being part of Paradigm Fitness. 💚
