The Quest for Excellence award is the highest level of recognition an ASC employee can receive, honoring those who exhibit a compassionate and dedicated approach that surpasses their typical job requirements. Congratulations Vickie Clerget, Activities Assistant/CNA, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the Marriott in Indianapolis.

Vickie Clerget began her journey with Monticello Healthcare as CNA in 2011. She always comes to work with a smile on her face. She always has a positive attitude and is truly here to make the residents happy and give them a reason to smile. One staff member said, “I can tell the residents enjoy her company and friendly personality.”

Vickie was a CNA for many years until some health concerns threatened to end her career as a caregiver. She was able to overcome those concerns and come back as our activity assistant, which she has improved and excelled at every step of the way. She is always willing to help in any way she can, and her teammates consider her an invaluable member of the staff.

Vickie enjoys spending time with nieces and nephew. She enjoys football, specifically the Colts and Purdue. She loves traveling, with her favorite spot being Vegas. Family is very important to Vickie, and she feels that it radiates here at work. There have been several residents that knew her family, and she is considered family by her residents.

Vickie is focused on providing the best care to every resident with patience and compassion, and that is at the core of everything she does. One staff member stated, “we are very lucky to have her as a staff member”. She makes sure residents are getting involved in the activities. Another staff member said, “They love it when she is here and hate it when she is not.”
