Our Legacy Unit had a wonderful time today creating delicious cucumber sandwiches 🥒🥪

From slicing fresh cucumbers to carefully assembling each sandwich, our residents enjoyed every step of the process. Moments like these are more than just making a tasty treat—they’re about connection, creativity, and sharing smiles together.

Our team recently participated in Virtual Dementia Training, an eye-opening experience that helps us better understand the world through the eyes of those living with dementia. 💜

Through this hands-on, immersive training, our staff gained valuable insight into the challenges our residents may face daily—such as confusion, sensory changes, and communication barriers. This deeper understanding allows us to approach each interaction with greater empathy, patience, and compassion.
