Yesterday was busy but I don't want to miss a chance to celebrate!

Yesterday marked 6 years since we opened the doors to the clinic. 🤍

Six years of serving this community, caring for your families, watching babies grow, helping athletes recover, and walking alongside so many of you in your health journeys.

My heart is so full and so thankful. This clinic has been such a blessing to our family, and it truly means everything to be trusted with your care.

🌷 Spring Break is almost here

During break, our office will also be taking a little spring break pause so we can spend some extra time with our own families.

✨ Stretching isn’t just for athletes.

If you’re sitting at a desk, driving kids around, training for a race, or waking up stiff in the morning — your body needs movement.

Stretching can:
✔️ Improve flexibility
✔️ Reduce muscle tension
✔️ Improve posture
✔️ Decrease injury risk

But here’s what most people don’t realize…

Tight muscles are often working overtime to protect a joint that isn’t moving well. If the joint underneath is restricted, the tightness will keep coming back — no matter how much you stretch.

And it works both ways.

When muscles stay chronically tight, they can continue pulling on the spine and joints, gradually bringing the alignment right back out again.

Stretching + proper alignment = lasting relief.

If you’re stretching daily but still feeling stiff, uneven, or tight on one side, your body may need more than just a longer hamstring stretch.

You’re not imagining it. When low pressure systems roll in, the drop in barometric pressure can cause tissues to expand slightly — which may increase joint discomfort, inflammation, and tension.
