🌿 Schedule Update + Fall Break Reminder 🌿

Just a heads up — this week we’ll be on an altered schedule (same amount of in-office hours, just shuffled around a bit). After that, we’ll be out for Fall Break to enjoy some family time and reset. 🍂

Restoration Family Chiropractic will be on an altered schedule next week. We’ll be open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (switching Wednesday and Thursday due to a personal commitment).

✨ Same number of hours, just a slight shuffle in days!
We’ll be back to our normal schedule the following week.

This is a great tip to save your kiddos back with school starting back up.

Using your backpack properly can make a big difference on little ones’ comfort and development.

Improper use can lead to headaches, back aches, numbness in arms and more.

Follow these tips for backpack success!

🌵The backpack should not weigh more than 10-15% of the child’s weight, so if it's too heavy, leave books at school that are unnecessary for the evening.

🌵The way you pack your backpack matters, put heavier items in the back in the big pocket, and lighter items in the front. This will encourage proper posture and decrease symptoms.

🌵Lastly, wear your backpack the way it is intended. Use both straps and tighten straps to their back. using one strap or keeping it loose will have uneven pull on their spine
