First HELL YES! This gal is down just over 15 #!!!

SLEEP! let’s talk about it. People do not understand how crucial this is for weight loss/management goals. SO much happens when we sleep, and so many things are affected when we don’t.
“Magic”…that’s the work that our hormones do when we sleep. They allow us to recover, they control appetite, they control insulin, cortisol, lack of sleep affects our BMR (our bodies ability to burn calm while at rest)… and the list goes on.

Lack of sleep will affect your motivation to work out, your ability to lift heavy, your ability to go hard during specific workouts, ability to run long distances….

Lack of sleep will cause you to make poor lifestyle choices. Reach for fast foods, snack more, and you’ll feel lethargic and most likely skip a workout.

Lack of sleep will lead to weight gain, which will lead to WORSE sleep, and will make weight loss even harder. A VISCOUS CYCLE!

I think we can all agree that none of those things are beneficial whatsoever. So…. SLEEP!

If you’re coach isn’t talking to you about this, they should be. If you’re stuck and the scale isn’t moving, think about how much you get per night.
Get those 💤 friends! It will change your life.

My goal for the week last week was to start work on more sleep, and better quality sleep. ✅
Progress and quality performance is about more than what we’re feeding our bodies, but also about how we’re allowing them to recover. And that happens while we’re catching 💤.
allows me to monitor this aspect of my training. And being able to see how sleep affects my recovery tells me a lot about my performance in the gym as well.
Our bodies heal while we sleep, our bodies recover while we sleep.
If you’re progress is stalling, check your sleep habits. Are you getting enough? The scale will show it. Fat loss will become harder. Muscle gain will become harder. Daily functions will become harder.

Stop scrolling and TAKE YOUR ASS TO BED ✌🏼

Comin’ in HOT with a little

This is Tyler. 290 on the left in February 2020. Today, 245 💪🏼 Bruh 😎

Real talk. My inbox is always flooded with Females looking to lose weight, gain muscle, take back control of their health and fitness etc… I think it’s easier for women to reach out, especially to another woman.

What society doesn’t always realize, is that there are MANY males out there who struggle with losing weight, body image issues, lack of confidence to ask for help and coaching. I👏🏼AM👏🏼HERE! Let’s go fellas! There’s true strength in any call for help. Period.

Just as we were getting locked down last year Tyler started to CF with his fiancé who was already working with me one on one. We set him up with some numbers too, for them to tackle together, and off he went! He’s made some small adjustments as he hit some plateaus…BRAVO for trusting that process. It’s not an easy one. Progress stops? Don’t lose your s**t. You re-evaluate, making sure you’re following the plan, make the adjustments, follow the plan, repeat repeat repeat.

Let’s hear it for the boys 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
