🌠Welcome January and to a new year everyone🌠 I hope you're all wintering well, going slowly, and taking time to rest up!!

Here's the January schedule for Hideaway Yoga and Reiki Studio:

🌬️ Yoga every Tuesdays at 9:30-10:30am *offered by donation (6th, 13th, 20th, & 27th)

🥶 Yoga on Saturday the 17th 10-11am *offered by donation

❄️ Yoga Nidra Wednesday the 28th 6-7pm * offered by donation (this is a guided meditation/relaxation)

🩵 Reiki Healing Sessions available by appointment

I cannot thank all of you enough for your support. I'm so grateful to continue to hold classes and be surrounded by such amazing people!!! Thank you for helping the space to be here another year!
