I saw this the other day and it really resonated. I am sure so many of us can relate to the cumulative burden of all the stressors that we carry around day to day. Add to this the climate disasters we are now facing, like the Canadian wildfires and devastating flooding in Vermont this summer. When you are in this mental state little things become big things. It’s a good reminder to lead with kindness not only two others, but to ourselves.

This is so true. So much time is wasted on wishing things to be something other than they are. When we accept our reality as is we can work on dropping into ourselves, with deeper understanding. We can alter the parts that are within our control to change and learn to accept our path in life. I loved her book “Wild” and love this quote!
