We’re excited to be offering youth strength camps again this year! We plan to focus on building confidence in the gym and provide training in how to lift properly and what an effective program looks like and how it can help you reach your goals. Each camp will come with a workout program tailored to the different groups along with training on nutrition. We’ll be offering a boys and a girls camp separately to all current and incoming high school students. There will also be a summer incentive where they can earn rewards for hitting goals. Please reach out with any questions.

***for boys basketball players, if you have paid the $70 camp fee, this is included!

We had SO MUCH SUCCESS last year with our fit and fearless group that we decided to do it again!

The twist we’re SOO excited about this year is that Samantha Matthews is going to be coaching the group! She is a knowledge bank when it comes to what it takes to get fit and leave FEARLESSLY! Each Friday she will educate the group and then coach you through a workout where she can provide feedback on form and tips on how to improve and push yourself!
