It’s that time of year again!! Come join us for our 4th Annual Bear Lake Classic Powerlifting Competition! 💪🏼
This is a great event for everyone ranging from new lifters to experienced lifters! Everyone gets three chances to lift their max in squat, bench, and deadlift while we cheer each other on. Come challenge yourself and be part of the electric, encouraging environment! Link to sign up:

We’re excited to be offering youth strength camps again this year! We plan to focus on building confidence in the gym and provide training in how to lift properly and what an effective program looks like and how it can help you reach your goals. Each camp will come with a workout program tailored to the different groups along with training on nutrition. We’ll be offering a boys and a girls camp separately to all current and incoming high school students. There will also be a summer incentive where they can earn rewards for hitting goals. Please reach out with any questions.

***for boys basketball players, if you have paid the $70 camp fee, this is included!
