🚨 9 out of 10 kids move to a seat belt too soon

Seat belts are designed for adults, not growing kids. Without a booster, the belt doesn’t fit where it should, which can lead to serious injuries in a crash.

Most kids don’t properly fit a seat belt until ages 10–12. Until then, a booster makes all the difference.

It’s not about age.

It’s about fit. ✔️

Food allergies impact more than meals—they affect daily life.
Children with food allergies are more likely to also have asthma and other allergies, making awareness and management essential.
For many families, this means constant planning, added stress, and sometimes missing out on social events.
💙 Let’s create safer, more inclusive spaces so every child and family feels supported.

Did you know? Your baby’s skin can play a role in whether they develop a food allergy! Even before your baby is introduced to solids and new foods, they can still still come into direct contact with food allergens through their skin. If this happens regularly, it may increase their chances of developing an allergy to that particular food.
Studies show that while eating an allergen early can protect your baby from that food allergy, but if that same food touches their skin regularly, it can actually raise the risk of an allergy.
So how can you do to help protect your baby’s skin? We suggest: Wash your hands after eating, especially if the food you ate is a common allergen. Then wash your hands again before touching your baby’s skin, such as during diaper changes or when putting on lotions or creams.

It’s that time of year—farm equipment is sharing the road!
These large, slow-moving vehicles are essential for our communities, but they require extra caution from drivers.

◾Slow down and be patient
◾Only pass when it’s clearly safe and legal
◾Watch for wide turns and sudden stops
◾Keep a safe following distance

Staying alert and giving farmers space helps keep everyone safe.
Share this post to remind others to drive safely and respect farm equipment on the road!
