Today, in collaboration with the Defiance, Fulton, Henry, and Williams County drug-free coalitions, we hosted a Regional Substance Use Prevention Breakfast in partnership with the Four County ADAMHS Board and the Northwest Ohio Educational Service Center.

ECHO’s Youth Leadership Council, with representatives from Montpelier High School Awareness Team, is helping lead the way. These students in grades 9-12 co-facilitate youth-led programs that raise awareness about substance use prevention, mental health, and other challenges youth face today.

They are pictured with their school social workers and a representative from Senator Husted’s office. They are a great example of youth and community leaders working together.

Even Montpelier’s school facility dog (Roger) supports prevention!
