We’re a little behind on some of our team introductions, but we couldn’t miss the chance to properly introduce Jodi Transtrum — who has been an important part of our clinic family for the past 7 months!

Jodi jumped right in and caught on like she had been here for a long time. She is a steady, familiar face at our front desk every day, welcoming our clients and patients with warmth, kindness, and care. If you’ve been in the clinic recently, chances are you’ve already experienced the bright energy she brings to every visit.

Jodi is always willing to help whenever she is asked. She’s often called to the back to assist, and she never hesitates — she simply steps in with a smile and gets it done. She is an asset wherever she is needed!

Jodi grew up in Bear Lake around plenty of cows, horses, cats and dogs. She graduated from Idaho State University in May 2025 from the Physical Therapist Assistant program. She has a strong interest in anatomy and enjoys the crossover between veterinary medicine and human medicine. Her favorite part of working at BLAH is observing surgeries and learning more about wound care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews. She also enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, and watching sports. Jodi claims that the experience that best prepared her to work at a vet clinic was catching a chicken at the Fourth of July rodeo as a little kid. 😂

This girl brings such a fun, positive energy to our team every single day. And honestly… if you hear laughter, you can almost guarantee Jodi is in the room. 😊

We are so grateful to have her as part of our team — and we’re excited for you to officially meet her!

If you’ve been putting it off or have questions about timing, recovery, or what’s best for your pet, our team is always happy to visit with you. 🐾

We want to keep our clients informed as we head into the new year...

Due to our January schedule for sedated procedures nearly being full already, we will not be offering a Dental discount in January. This allows our team to continue providing safe, high-quality care to the pets already scheduled and those in need of timely procedures.

Additionally, we will not be offering a Spay & Neuter Month discount in February.

Thank you for your understanding and for supporting decisions made in the best interest of our clinic. We appreciate you!
