Listening into the Center is an evolving description and offering of my work. I am a bodymindspirit I teach and facilitate Authentic Movement groups.

I am a bodymindspirit educator working across several disciplines. I facilitate Family Constellation groups and individual sessions. I offer group Sacred Sound Gong meditations. Deepest gratitude to the remarkable humans who gathered this afternoon with me for the Family Constellation workshop. When there is such a willingness to be open hearted in the presence of complex emotions and situations, the generosity of spirit allows incredible things to happen. I was present for this today in the workshop and am so very grateful--to the participants who came in such a trusting curiosity, to the ancestors , to the ancestral field, to all the elements who supported the movements.
