STOP Doing These Everyday Habits That Are Destroying Your Body.
1. Eating late at night
Insulin sensitivity drops, so the same meal hits harder. It also messes with your sleep, and poor sleep worsens blood sugar.
Fix: eat your biggest meal earlier and finish dinner 2–3 hours before bed.
2. Lying down right after meals
You make reflux easier, especially after heavy or spicy meals.
Fix: take a short walk and stay upright for a couple of hours.
3. Skipping meals
Long gaps can crash blood sugar, trigger stress hormones, and lead to overeating later.
Fix: eat consistently or fast properly with good planning and protein.
4. Eating too fast
You miss fullness signals, increasing bloating and reflux.
Fix: slow down and take your time with meals.
