Scheduler responsibilities include:
• Schedule client appointments/visits according to care plans and caregiver availability
• Maintain proper staffing levels by hiring and interviewing caregivers
• Create and maintain caregiver schedules and database
• Contact care providers and clients regarding day-to-day changes
• Manage client services as outlined in agreements and care plans
• Perform general office duties We are listeners, problem solvers,
The ideal candidate will have:
• College graduate preferred. High school graduate or GED required.
• One to three years of related scheduling experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suit
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to create and nurture long-lasting relationship
• Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job
