Regenerate.

Regenerate.

I don’t think you’re simply tired,

I think you’re regenerating.

Like all of mother nature’s children in winter, your instinct is to curl up, hunker down and reset.

You’re not less.
You’re simply in tune with the sun.

And as the dark days begin to wane, your inner wild fortifies and evolves, bolstered and renewed, cocoon-style.

Ready for the new beginnings, ready for the reinvent.
Ready.
Simply ready.

So, let yourself be led down the rabbit hole, when the weariness washes over and your body begs to rest.

I don’t think you’re simply tired.
I think you’re regenerating.

Do you find yourself reacting to the energy of others, or can you be in charge of the energy YOU want to radiate? When you smile at others, they may “catch” your smile, or miss it; that part is not in your control. So,instead of being attached to outcomes, smile because it makes YOU feel good. Take joy in being the beacon that you are…
And when people smile at you, respond in kind. Energy is contagious.

Drop a 💜 if you are open to smiling more:)

Before you jump straight in to telling yourself how to be better this year…

Before you look in the mirror and tell yourself how to look better this year…

Before you write down all the things you plan to do better this year…

Maybe take a moment to sit with the person you are right now. The one who has gotten you this far.
The one who has helped you over however many hurdles and shared with you so many successes.

Maybe take a minute to recognise all of the ways you are already so much better than you realised.

Recognise your strength,
your courage,
your kindness,
your resolve.

And hold on to that.
Don’t discard the you that got you here.
Don’t shame her,
guilt her,
doubt her.

But love her instead.

And maybe you’ll realise
that - despite what you first thought -
there isn’t quite as much ‘bettering’ to be done
after all.

Change doesn’t happen all at once—it’s built in the quiet, unremarkable moments when you choose to try again, even when it’s hard. It’s in letting go of old habits, showing up for yourself, and believing that small steps forward are still progress. You don’t have to be perfect, and you don’t need it all figured out; you just need to start. This year can be different, not because it’s a new beginning, but because you’re ready to make it one.
