Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath Therapy Session

Explore a deeply immersive live sound and yoga experience on Sunday, April 26, 2026 with Jean Smales Rim at Wellness Arts Center, 200 Lake Avenue, Montrose, Pa.

Enjoy a space with heated floors and sweeping views, all while being led in restorative yoga poses paired with live sound therapy instruments including crystal singing bowls, gong, tongue drum, and musical pipes.

Jean will explain the benefits, and how specific tones relate to the various frequencies of the brain. You will leave with a sense of deep relaxation and a sense of centeredness with this scientifically proven therapy that supports the patterns of electrical activity in the brain. Sound-based relaxation techniques are popular for helping people reduce stress, anxiety, and fall asleep.

The session is 6 pm-7:15 pm and no previous yoga experience is necessary. Participants with a pacemaker or cranial implant are contraindicated.
