We’re a drop off point for Mrs. Claus for a cause/Foster Connections, ServPro ….. we are needing Art supplies,Toys, Clothing & Blankets, New/used books, New jackets, scarves, gloves and we’d love your help in filling our space with comfort, joy, and cozy essentials.

Saturday I dropped a rock on my finger, with a base of treatments under my belt, and only ONE treatment…well, you can see the difference this morning. Expedited wound healing (cellular level healing- cell proliferation, decreased swelling, cell regeneration, increased blood flow, collagen production…) is what you see pictured. I LOVE that my 11 year old asked to asked in ‘the bed’ tonight. I was teaching and felt bad leaving him so didn’t even see the email until asked if I had laid...voicing that he had wanted to. He’s experienced the therapeutic and cognitive (and more) after laying and there’s paper proof in his writing of a “angry, confused, foggy headed mind” BEFORE (think Technology Detox) and “peaceful, calm, clear mind” AFTER. Pretty impressive if you ask me ;)

I am leasing and selling bikes, as well as smaller equipment items. Payment options available. Studio in-person, online training, and travel to you training options are available.
