👏 Huge Thanks to Montrose Borough Street Department! 👏

On October 21, 2025, Ken DePhillips and Chris Welch from the Montrose Borough Street Department stepped up in a big way!

Using heavy equipment, they transported 8 pallets of groceries from Price Chopper to the Trehab Food Bank.

And they didn’t stop there—today, the Street Department returned with Bernie Kinney to deliver another 6 pallets of food from Price Chopper.

💪 Their teamwork and coordination made this massive effort look easy. We are so grateful for their support in helping feed families in our community!

A friendly competition has returned to districts across Susquehanna County, as students donate non-perishables for those in need.

🎉 Can Sculpture Contest Success! 🥫🏆
Today was an incredible day as Blue Ridge, Montrose, and Susquehanna School Districts came together to compete in the 2025 Can Sculpture Contest — and wow, did they bring the creativity!

A huge THANK YOU to all the students, staff, and judges who made this event possible. Your hard work and community spirit truly shined. 🌟

🏅 Congratulations to Blue Ridge School District, who took home the win with their amazing Super Mario World sculpture! 🎮

Together, the schools collected over 4,000 cans of food, which will be donated to the Montrose and Susquehanna Food Banks this Wednesday. 💛

Way to go, everyone! 👏👏👏
