As we approach the holidays, many of us are juggling extra stress and disrupted routines. But even if your blood sugar is usually stable, all these factors can make it harder for your body to stay balanced. The added strain on your nervous system and hormones can lead to more crashes or fatigue than usual. 😴

If the holidays are making it harder to stay balanced, it might be time for a check-in with Dr. Tyler and Dr. Kelli. Call our office to schedule an appointment and we'll help you get your nervous system back on the right track this holiday season. 🎄

Memory loss isn’t always the first sign of Alzheimer’s. Early signs can be as subtle as changes in mood, difficulty with balance, foggy thinking, or disrupted sleep. 🧠

It's easy to write these symptoms off as part of aging, but they can actually be early indicators that the brain is struggling to stay connected with the rest of the body.

At Atlas, we focus on supporting communication between the brain and body before those changes become more noticeable. Using the Zone Technique, we work to strengthen the systems that help regulate mood, memory, and physical function, helping you stay balanced as you age. 🌿

If you've started noticing these changes in yourself or someone you love, we're here to help you understand how chiropractic care can support both brain and body health for the long run. ❤️

When you walk through our doors, we make it our priority to listen and understand your story. Crystal came to us after battling severe thoracic pain for far too long. She had tried pain management, physical therapy, and pain meds, but nothing actually brought relief.

Instead of just masking the pain, we took a different approach. We began by taking X-rays to get to the root of her issue and developed a personalized care plan tailored to her needs.

Within weeks, she were off pain meds and able to get through her workday without pain. Moments like this remind us why we do what we do: to help people live better, pain-free lives. 💪✨

If you’re struggling with pain, we’re here to help you find the answers you need. 🙏

When someone you love has Alzheimer’s, you may notice changes beyond memory loss. Their movement may slow down, or they may seem more tired than usual. These changes often happen because the brain isn’t communicating as well with the rest of the body.

Dr. Tyler and Dr. Kelli look at how the brain and body are staying connected. Using the Zone Technique, we work to support circulation and nervous system balance so the body can function more smoothly and with less strain. This can help reduce some of the noticeable effects of Alzheimer's, making daily life feel a little more manageable. 🌱

Caring for someone with Alzheimer’s is challenging, and we understand how overwhelming it can be. If you’ve noticed these changes in your loved one and want to learn about how chiropractic care could help, we'd be honored to support you. ❤️

Shorter days can make a good night's sleep feel less refreshing. Cooler mornings, yard work, grandkids’ games, and holiday prep ask a lot of your body. If you’re waking up tired or noticing your energy dropping by the afternoon, your nervous system may not be shifting into true recovery at night.

In our office, Dr. Tyler and Dr. Kelli look at how your body transitions between activity and rest. With the Zone Technique, they focus on the areas that support hormonal balance and nervous system regulation. When those are working well together, your body can recover more fully and energy feels steadier through the day.

If this fall has you drained even after a full night's sleep, give our office a call and book an appointment. We’re here to help you get back to deeper rest and better days. 🍂

Healing takes time, and it looks different for everyone. When the body begins to feel safer, the mind often follows.

At Atlas, we help the body relearn a calmer state, using the Zone Technique. We focus on how the nervous system and muscles communicate so the body can begin to settle and recover more naturally.

If you’ve served and your body still feels on edge, we’d be honored to care for you! ❤️

Long before a diabetes diagnosis, your body has usually been showing signs that its communication and circulation systems are under strain. Your nervous system plays a major role in how your body regulates sugar, blood flow, and energy use. When that system stays under stress for too long, your body starts to lose some of its natural balance and stability.

At Atlas, we look at how these systems are working together beneath the surface. Using the Zone Technique, we focus on the areas that guide your nervous system regulation and circulation. When those areas are supported, your body can often process sugar more efficiently and maintain steadier energy.

While we don't treat diabetes directly, we DO support the body’s ability to function and adapt, which can make daily life feel more balanced and less exhausting.

If you’re working to keep your blood sugar in a healthier range, or want to strengthen your body’s foundation before problems begin, Dr. Tyler and Dr. Kelli are here to listen, assess, and help you understand what your options are. ❤️

Sugar doesn’t just live in desserts. It hides in granola, yogurt, dressings, even in “healthy” drinks. Those sudden rises and drops in blood sugar can leave the brain inflamed and foggy, especially as we age. When your body can maintain sugar levels, your brain stays clearer and your memory centers stay stronger.

At Atlas, we also look at how your nervous system is managing stress and communication throughout the body. When it’s working well, the body finds more stability in how it handles stress and blood sugar, which helps your brain stay clear and focused.

There’s no cure for Alzheimer’s, and we never promise one, but we do focus on supporting quality of life for patients and caregivers.

If you or a loved one in Montrose is feeling foggy or forgetful, reach out to our team to learn what care could look like for you. 🌿
