When Jan began care with us, she was dealing with discomfort that made everyday activities more challenging. As her spine received the support it needed, she noticed she could move with less strain and felt more supported throughout her day. 🙌

Everyone’s experience is unique, but improvements like hers are something we get to see every day when the spine and nervous system are given the right support.

If any part of her experience sounds familiar to what you are going through, Dr. Tyler and Dr. Kelli are here to help you move toward the relief you've been hoping for. ❤️

Your nervous system sets the tone for so much of how your body functions. When it becomes stressed or out of balance, everything else follows suit.

You can support the way your nervous system communicates and helps your body respond to daily stress in a healthier way by prioritizing:
1️⃣ gentle movement
2️⃣ slow, intentional breathing
3️⃣ consistent and restful sleep
4️⃣ nourishing foods
5️⃣ regular chiropractic adjustments

Each of these plays a part in keeping your nervous system supported. If you need help understanding what your body is asking for, our doctors are here to guide you. ❤️

Winter naturally slows your body down. ❄️ With cooler temperatures and shorter days it can be harder for your nervous system to regulate itself.

Chiropractic adjustments support the pathways your body relies on during this season. When your spine is aligned and moving well, your nervous system is able to communicate more clearly, which helps your muscles relax, supports healthier hormone balance, and allows your body to recover more efficiently. 🙌

If you're needing extra support this winter, Dr. Tyler and Dr. Kelli are here to guide you toward better rest and recovery. ❤️

Have the holidays left you feeling exhausted? If so, you're not the only one.

This time of year can add so much extra stress to our plates that it's hard to rest and recharge once the excitement winds down.

That’s why it’s so important to get your nervous system assessed by Dr. Tyler or Dr. Kelli as soon as possible.

Using the Zone Technique, our doctors are able to identify and address areas of the spine that may be contributing to your exhaustion, migraines, or even those lingering digestion issues after the holidays.

So if hosting family and taking down the Christmas decorations has left you feeling out of sorts, stop by our office after the New Year to kickstart 2026 feeling your best. ✨

The holidays bring a little extra sweetness to the table, and while it’s part of the fun, it can also leave your body feeling a bit off balance.

Your body is built to handle small rises and falls in blood sugar, but when those swings happen too often, you might notice dips in energy or focus.

A few simple choices can make a big difference in how you feel: include protein and fiber with each meal, take a short walk after eating, keep an eye on added sugars, and make sure you're visiting your chiropractor regularly!

These habits may seem small, but they can have a big impact on how well your body functions. If you need extra support, schedule your next adjustment with Dr. Tyler or Dr. Kelli to help your body feel its best this season. ❤️

That pressure you feel behind your eyes or across your cheeks can sometimes start at the top of your neck.

When this area tightens, it crowds the nerves that guide drainage through your head and face, and everything starts to feel backed up. 🤧

Zone 3 supports the nerves that guide this process, helping the muscles in your face and neck stay calm and coordinated. When that connection is clear, your head feels lighter and it’s easier to breathe.

If you have been struggling with sinus pressure, reach out to our team to schedule a visit and learn more about how upper cervical care can bring some much-needed relief this winter. ❄️ ❤️

This month, through Montrose Gives Back, we’re supporting the Association for the Recovery of Children.

ARC is made up of former military, law enforcement, and intelligence professionals who use their training to locate and rescue missing or abducted children. They stay involved until every child is home, and they do it all at no cost to families.

When you begin care with us this month, you’re helping support ARC’s mission to bring children home and help families heal. If you’d like to learn more or get involved, visit recoveryofchildren.org. ❤️

As the temperature drops, your body’s natural response is to try to hold on to warmth. This causes your blood vessels to tighten, making your heart work harder to circulate blood.

Add in the extra stress of the holidays or salty comfort foods, and it’s easy to see why blood pressure often creeps up this time of year. 📈

Dr. Tyler and Dr. Kelli are able to pinpoint precise areas of the spine that influence blood pressure, helping restore proper communication between your brain and body for better overall health.

Winter can weigh on your heart, but your body knows how to adapt when it’s cared for. ❤️

Reach out to schedule a visit and see how chiropractic care can help your body stay strong and balanced through the season.
