Today we celebrate Jesus, the One who brings light and joy to our life every day.

As we slow down to rest and give thanks, we’re reminded how grateful we are for this community. Thank you for trusting us with your care and allowing us to be a small part of your story this year.

We pray your home is filled with peace, your body finds rest, and your heart is lifted by the hope we have in Christ.

Merry Christmas from Dr. Tyler, Dr. Kelli, and our Atlas family. 🎄❤️

The holidays bring a little extra sweetness to the table, and while it’s part of the fun, it can also leave your body feeling a bit off balance.

Your body is built to handle small rises and falls in blood sugar, but when those swings happen too often, you might notice dips in energy or focus.

A few simple choices can make a big difference in how you feel: include protein and fiber with each meal, take a short walk after eating, keep an eye on added sugars, and make sure you're visiting your chiropractor regularly!

These habits may seem small, but they can have a big impact on how well your body functions. If you need extra support, schedule your next adjustment with Dr. Tyler or Dr. Kelli to help your body feel its best this season. ❤️

That pressure you feel behind your eyes or across your cheeks can sometimes start at the top of your neck.

When this area tightens, it crowds the nerves that guide drainage through your head and face, and everything starts to feel backed up. 🤧

Zone 3 supports the nerves that guide this process, helping the muscles in your face and neck stay calm and coordinated. When that connection is clear, your head feels lighter and it’s easier to breathe.

If you have been struggling with sinus pressure, reach out to our team to schedule a visit and learn more about how upper cervical care can bring some much-needed relief this winter. ❄️ ❤️

This month, through Montrose Gives Back, we’re supporting the Association for the Recovery of Children.

ARC is made up of former military, law enforcement, and intelligence professionals who use their training to locate and rescue missing or abducted children. They stay involved until every child is home, and they do it all at no cost to families.

When you begin care with us this month, you’re helping support ARC’s mission to bring children home and help families heal. If you’d like to learn more or get involved, visit recoveryofchildren.org. ❤️

As the temperature drops, your body’s natural response is to try to hold on to warmth. This causes your blood vessels to tighten, making your heart work harder to circulate blood.

Add in the extra stress of the holidays or salty comfort foods, and it’s easy to see why blood pressure often creeps up this time of year. 📈

Dr. Tyler and Dr. Kelli are able to pinpoint precise areas of the spine that influence blood pressure, helping restore proper communication between your brain and body for better overall health.

Winter can weigh on your heart, but your body knows how to adapt when it’s cared for. ❤️

Reach out to schedule a visit and see how chiropractic care can help your body stay strong and balanced through the season.

Today we remember the men and women who sacrificed and faced unimaginable loss on December 7, 1941.

Their courage in the wake of adversity shaped a generation and reminds us what it truly means to serve something greater than ourselves.

We honor them, and the families who still carry that legacy of strength. 🇺🇸

As the weather gets cooler and the indoor heat kicks on, especially here at Montrose altitude, your spine can start to feel a little different.

The discs between your vertebrae naturally lose a bit of fluid in dry conditions, which can make movement feel tighter or less flexible.

Spinal decompression helps rehydrate those discs, easing stiffness and helping you move with more comfort and ease. If your back has been feeling a little more achy lately, this is a great time to explore how decompression therapy can help.

Reach out to our team to learn more about how Dr. Tyler and Dr. Kelli can help support your spine this winter. ❄️

As we approach the holidays, many of us are juggling extra stress and disrupted routines. But even if your blood sugar is usually stable, all these factors can make it harder for your body to stay balanced. The added strain on your nervous system and hormones can lead to more crashes or fatigue than usual. 😴

If the holidays are making it harder to stay balanced, it might be time for a check-in with Dr. Tyler and Dr. Kelli. Call our office to schedule an appointment and we'll help you get your nervous system back on the right track this holiday season. 🎄

Memory loss isn’t always the first sign of Alzheimer’s. Early signs can be as subtle as changes in mood, difficulty with balance, foggy thinking, or disrupted sleep. 🧠

It's easy to write these symptoms off as part of aging, but they can actually be early indicators that the brain is struggling to stay connected with the rest of the body.

At Atlas, we focus on supporting communication between the brain and body before those changes become more noticeable. Using the Zone Technique, we work to strengthen the systems that help regulate mood, memory, and physical function, helping you stay balanced as you age. 🌿

If you've started noticing these changes in yourself or someone you love, we're here to help you understand how chiropractic care can support both brain and body health for the long run. ❤️

When you walk through our doors, we make it our priority to listen and understand your story. Crystal came to us after battling severe thoracic pain for far too long. She had tried pain management, physical therapy, and pain meds, but nothing actually brought relief.

Instead of just masking the pain, we took a different approach. We began by taking X-rays to get to the root of her issue and developed a personalized care plan tailored to her needs.

Within weeks, she were off pain meds and able to get through her workday without pain. Moments like this remind us why we do what we do: to help people live better, pain-free lives. 💪✨

If you’re struggling with pain, we’re here to help you find the answers you need. 🙏
