Meet Dr. Maks Gold, a board-certified general surgeon with expertise across the full spectrum of surgical care, from minimally invasive and robotic procedures to trauma, colorectal, breast, and endoscopic surgery.

Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Dr. Gold trained at the Universities of Kentucky and Louisville before completing his general surgery residency at the University of Utah. He now brings his skill and dedication to Montrose as part of the Colorado West General Surgery team, with a focus on expanding access to high-quality, multidisciplinary surgical care.

Dr. Gold is passionate about serving the community with excellence and compassion, offering advanced surgical solutions close to home, where patients can heal with the support of family and loved ones.

Meet Dr. Wiesner, a board-certified general surgeon offering expert, compassionate care right here in Montrose.

A Montrose native, Dr. Wiesner trained at the University of Wisconsin and completed his general surgery residency at the University of Utah. He returned home in 2019 to join Montrose Surgical Associates, bringing with him a broad range of surgical expertise including robotic, laparoscopic, and endocrine surgery.

Dr. Wiesner values the personal connections that come with practicing in a community setting. He’s known for his ability to create meaningful relationships with patients while delivering high-level, efficient care.

Meet Dr. Timothy R. Judkins, a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with advanced qualifications in hand and upper extremity surgery.
