As the longest night of the year invites us into stillness, we gather to honor the turning of the light. 🕯️

Join us for a Winter Solstice Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath—a soothing, restorative journey to tend your inner flame and remember the light that never fades. ❄️

Through the guided rest of Yoga Nidra, you’ll be gently led into deep relaxation and renewal. The experience continues with the healing resonance of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments during our sound bath. These vibrations invite your nervous system to soften, your energy to balance, and your heart to glow from within. 🕯️

This sacred pause is a time to reflect, release, and realign with your inner light as we cross the threshold into a new season. ❄️

I heard today, we are spiritual beings having a human experience 🥹 not humans having a spiritual experience and that reminded me so much that no matter how disconnected the world may seem we are truly divinely held and guided through every part of life. If you are new to meditation, curious about what it takes or if you are looking to deepen your practice, this workshop is for you.
