I heard today, we are spiritual beings having a human experience 🥹 not humans having a spiritual experience and that reminded me so much that no matter how disconnected the world may seem we are truly divinely held and guided through every part of life. If you are new to meditation, curious about what it takes or if you are looking to deepen your practice, this workshop is for you. Meditation is an inward practice that allows you to explore your true nature while benefiting from the consequences including nervous system regulation, clarity and improved stress response to name a few.

Our Mission

Spiritual House Yoga Center (SHYC) is a sacred space where we can come together to deepen our spiritual practice and come closer to our light, our love and our truth through the practice of yoga and community. SHYC offers yoga classes for all levels, educational workshops, and community events.

We are located in Montrose, CA across the street from Trader Joe's and near the bicycle shop.

Please sign up online before coming to class. If you are unable to sign up online, please arrive 10-15 minutes early.

Students of all levels are welcome!
