Due to an equipment failure event, the EMHS Idemia/IdentoGO location will be closed for service tomorrow, September 9, 2025. Replacement equipment has been requested to resume services on Tuesday September 16 from 9:00am - 3:00pm, closed for lunch from 12:00-1:00pm.

Due to an internet outage with a currently unknown restoration time, we cannot do any fingerprinting appointments today through the IdentoGO system. We apologize for the inconvenience. EMHS does not schedule IdentoGO appointments and has no contact information to notify those scheduled. Patient Intake Specialist:
🖇Answer switchboard calls, schedule appointments, verify patient demographic information, verify insurance information, and collect copayment amounts in our Physician Offices, Outpatient Registration, and Emergency Room Registration.
🖊Minimum qualifications: Excellent customer service skills and basic computer knowledge.
⌚️Full time & Part time positions, 3:00pm-11:00pm, rotating weekends & Holidays.

Maintenance Technician
🛠 Maintain all EMHS buildings/offices, equipment, and grounds in good condition. Make required modification, alterations, repairs, etc. as needed. Act as a secondary courier.
🖊 Minimum qualifications: Must possess a valid drivers license with a clean driving record. General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work and possess the skills required to make modification and repairs.
⌚️ Full time, 3:00pm-11:00pm, rotating weekends & Holidays, rotating on-call responsibilities.

Housekeeping Aide
🧹 Responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment in all areas of the facility and EMHS offices.
🖊 Candidates must be able to work well independently and possess good communication skills to ensure timely and quality services throughout EMHS within their team.
⌚️Full time, 7:00am-3:00pm, rotating weekends & Holidays.
⌚️Full time, 3:00pm-11:00pm, rotating weekends & Holidays.

Nurse Aide
🦽 Provide support to nursing staff by maintaining vitals, transport patient, assist patients in/out of bed, answer signal lights, bells, or intercom systems, and makes regular rounds to assure patients are clean, comfortable, and in a safe environment.
🖊 Candidates must possess good communication and interpersonal skills and can prioritize in a fast-paced environment. No experience needed but you must be willing to learn!
⌚️Emergency Room: Full time, 7:00pm-7:00am or 11:00pm-7:30am, rotating weekends & Holidays.
⌚️Med/Surg: Full time, 7:00pm-7:00am, rotating weekends & Holidays.
⌚️Med/Surg: Full time, 3:00pm-11:30am, rotating weekends & Holidays.

Calling all Golfers! ⛳️

EMHS is hosting our 24th Annual Golf Tournament on Monday August 25 at the Montrose Country Club! Our annual golf tournament raises funds for facility improvements and the expansion of necessary services. Over the years, funds raised from the tournament have helped continue EMHS' mission of providing high quality healthcare in Susquehanna County and beyond.

We are looking for teams to join our morning tournament schedule. The registration fee is $500/team which includes the course, refreshments, green fees, golf cart, lunch, cocktail reception, and prizes. Registration starts at 7:30am with a shotgun start at 8:00am.

We please ask for your patience with our Pharmacy staff as they are currently experiencing a large increase in prescription requests being transferred from other pharmacies in the area. Our staff have been working diligently to fill requests as soon as possible while maintaining the friendly service expected when at Medical Arts Pharmacy. Our second day of Hospital week was a catered lunch, thanks to Bridgewater Church! Not only did they provide lunch for our first shift but they are providing meals for both second and third shifts as well! Thank you Pastor Bob and Bridgewater!
