📚😄 Need a smile today?

Our former pediatrician Dr. Vader has a new book out—𝐷𝑜𝑐𝑡𝑜𝑟, 𝐴𝑟𝑒 𝑇ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑒 𝑃𝑒𝑎𝑠 𝑖𝑛 𝑀𝑦 𝑀𝑒𝑑𝑖𝑐𝑖𝑛𝑒?—and it’s packed with hilarious, sweet, and downright adorable things kids have said over the years.

It’s a quick, feel-good read and the perfect gift for anyone who appreciates the humor and honesty of kids.

✨ Grab a copy from Amazon, ask you local book store and let the laughs begin!

🦷 Healthy Smiles Start Early! 😁

Did you know your child’s oral health is part of their overall health? During your child’s annual well visit, our providers check teeth, gums, and mouth development to help spot concerns early—long before they turn into bigger issues.

We’ll also talk about brushing habits, fluoride, nutrition, and when to see a dentist for regular cleanings. Building good routines now helps kids keep their smiles strong and healthy for life! 💙

🍁 Fresh Air, Happy Kids! 🍁

As the days get shorter and the air turns crisp, it can be tempting to stay cozy indoors—but getting outside is still one of the best things you can do for your child’s physical and emotional health.

Even a quick walk, bike ride, or game of catch after school can boost mood, strengthen immunity, and help kids sleep better. Bundle up, soak in that sunshine, and make the most of fall! ☀️🍂
