Thank you all for your patience. I know we haven’t posted in awhile. Sean and I had our hands full running the practices and planning for our new little one who arrived last week! He is an absolute joy and we are so grateful ❤️ We are enjoying some family bonding time, but will be back full force at the end of August. Meanwhile, Lindsay is doing a fabulous job holding down the fort under continued clinical supervision. Thank you for all of the support, kind wishes, and patience while we navigate this next new chapter in our lives. We think of you all as family and last week we added one more!!

Looking for a unique way to help animals affected by the recent fires? This is a trustworthy company that I have personally worked with to do murals for Animating Principle. They are offering this amazing charity service. They will paint a portrait of your pet and donate 100% of the profit to the Pasadena Humane Society that is in significant need of donations to help animals due to the fires. Please consider!

Purchase a custom portrait of your pet, and 100% of the profits go to Pasadena Humane Society to help animals affected by the Palisades Fire and Eaton Fire in Los Angeles and Southern California.

How to talk to children about wildfires.

Experiencing a dangerous wildfire can be frightening even for adults, and the devastation to the familiar environment (i.e., home and community) can be long-lasting and distressing.

Lindsay and I are offering pro bono crisis and brief therapy for those who have lost loved ones and/or homes in the fires. We are also offering reduced fees for those impacted who require longer-term services. Additionally, we are offering brief pro bono and reduced fees for firefighters. We have both in-person and video services available. We work with all ages (2 and up), children, teens, and adults. We are neurodiversity-affirming, gender affirming, and we specialize in ADHD, Autism, OCD, giftedness, and anxiety. I am skilled in crisis and trauma work, as well as helping those in high-pressure professions. We are also happy to help those in need get connected with other pro bono and/or low-cost providers. Please feel free to share our information with those in need!

For my fellow therapists, I am working with awesome med providers in Pasadena to put together a directory of mental health providers willing to support those impacted by this recent devastation. Please add your name if you are willing to support those impacted by the fire. Pro bono work or reduced fees would be amazing, if possible! Please share with any mental health provider you know. Many out there are in need of support right now. We are hoping to take this live as a resource tonight if we get enough sign ups. Lindsay and I have already signed up! Thank you! 🙏🏼

This website was created to connect mental health professionals with those in need while our community works to rebuild. We rely on providers to give us the most up-to-date information and will do our best to update the website promptly. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all details at al...
