☀️ Indoor Tanning Beds Are NOT a Safe Treatment for Seasonal Depression

There’s a common myth that tanning beds can help improve mood during the winter months — but the science tells a very different story.

The article we’re sharing from the Skin Cancer Foundation explains why indoor tanning does not treat seasonal depression and instead significantly increases the risk of skin cancer, including melanoma. The UV exposure from tanning beds damages the skin and offers no proven mental health benefit.
