SLP OUTPATIENT OPENING
The perfect community for work and lifestyle balance!

Advanced Dysphagia Diagnostics LLC is looking for a skilled, motivated SLP (will consider a strong CF candidate) to join our Outpatient Swallowing and Voice Clinic. Also, potential to join the Mobile FEES side of our practice.

This position is Full-time.

Advanced Dysphagia Diagnostics LLC specializes in Outpatient adult swallowing/voice and Mobile FEES. Caseload typically consists of patients with HNC, neurogenic disorders, GERD, chronic cough and various Voice disorders. You’ll have access to FEES, AmpCare, TrueAngle, etc, and Videostroboscopy.

Montrose, Colorado is located in western Colorado and is an outdoor enthusiast’s dream location. Surrounded by both the Rocky Mountains and canyon lands, year-round recreation abounds! Montrose is small enough to maintain that community feel, yet still offers a variety of restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

This is why we always review our FEES videos and use frame by frame analysis (frame by frame video in comment section). While you’re conducting the assessment, managing the scope, monitoring the patient, directing the feeder, etc., it’s easy to miss a quick event like this. Watch the difference between the realtime speed vs. the frame by frame analysis. While this singular small event won’t change our recommendations, it still needs to be analyzed and documented. Where did the liquid come from? What biomechanical event failed allowing it to happen? How did the patient respond? etc.
