A time to look deeper into your intentions and set your goals for the coming of spring 🌱 and the return of light 🕯️
Originally a pagan festival 🥮 honoring the Goddess Brigid.

Plan a feast that includes root vegetables, dairy, seeds and herbs. "Root Vegetable" is a vegetable that stores well through the winter ❄️
Other foods are Bannocks, Colcannon and Brigid's Cross breads. And ALWAYS make sure to have milk, butter and bacon as they are sacred foods of Brigid.
