Empowered Pelvic Health Pelvic floor therapy should be convenient and tailored. We offer 1on1 care for women, men, and children, specializing in pelvic dysfunction and perinatal rehab.

Our mission: empower you to take control of pelvic wellness through movement and knowledge. Empowered Pelvic Health was founded in 2019 with the mission to educate and empower women and men of all ages to address pelvic floor dysfunction and lead healthier, happier lives.

​All evaluations and treatments are one-on-one with your pelvic floor therapist. We believe in continuity of care, individualized programs and a whole person approach to help patients heal more completely.

​Our growing team of passionate therapists are trained through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and the Academy of Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy. The team also holds certifications in Orthopedics, Garston Technique, Pilates and Pre/Post Natal Corrective Exercise. ​
