This turned out so much better than I thought it would! Let that shrimp (or chicken if you're Dr. Wife) marinade with some red bells, pineapple, teriyaki, soy, and ginger. Grill it up when you're ready and crisp a high fiber wrap!

Here it is, the Salmon Mozz Taco with a Creamy Cilantro Lime Sauce. This one is easy: If you like salmon and you like tacos and you like a filling, low calorie, high protein food, this...just this. Make it now! Make it again and again. It's INCREDIBLE! Season your salmon how you like. I used a a simple rub and put it on the smoker, but baking or grilling also works.

Add the outside mozz after you pan fry the taco. I tossed it into the oven under the broiler until it was melty and gooey. Remember not to be stingy with that sauce ;)

Shout out to Dr Wife for this one! She makes one of my FAVORITE salads, and this time she threw some steamed shrimp onto it for me! This high protein salad is surprisingly filling, surprisingly low calorie, packed with flavor, and for those who like a crunch, the toasted chickpeas provide a nice snap in each bite! Today was a lazy day. The boys wanted homemade "dippies" and I was tired from cleaning up water damage from yesterdays storm (I'll be texting you tomorrow Built Tough Construction Company Inc. ). So I made quick and easy buffalo chicken wraps! (I told you the chicken would be back!).

These were super quick and easy. Obviously, I ate all four!

I went to buy some roasted chicken and realized I was paying over $10/lb for chicken that I could definitely make at home for under $2.50/lb, which is exactly what I did! So check out this high protein, Asian inspired chicken and broccoli dish! With under 300 calories, it's a light dish, even if you add some rice, and the flavor is great!

What a great way to finish the ground chicken from yesterday! The meatballs were super easy to form and pan sear, while the veggies cooked and the pasta boiled. (There's pasta underneath all the veggies, I promise!) The veggies were extra juicy, which made for the perfect natural sauce for the pasta (although, the boys preferred red sauce).

Check this one out for a high protein, high fiber, LOW CALORIE twist on a dish that is certainly going to make my Italian ancestors cry!

Chicken burgers! They're not quite regular burgers, but they tasted fantastic, they have awesome macros, and most importantly, my kids LOVED them! They're very straight forward to make, easily seared on a non stick pan, and I threw in some Nathan's fries with it because they're great!
85 grams or about 14 fries = 100 calories. I had less (clearly).
