You don’t π‘˜π‘›π‘œπ‘€ until you know.

And then when you know, you don’t 𝑏𝑒𝑙𝑖𝑒𝑣𝑒 it at first because the evidence doesn’t show what you π‘˜π‘›π‘œπ‘€.

So you have to 𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒔𝒕 and just be happy and free.

But you can’t because you just can’t see.

And so you live in panic, or stress.

You look at where everyone else is and you compare.

You beat yourself up because your not further ahead.

You self loathe, self sabotage, and self destruct instead of enjoying the beautiful π‘›π‘œπ‘€, because you can’t see the beauty here because it seems like it’s not enough…

It’s all about the journey…

And it all starts when I π’ƒπ’†π’π’Šπ’†π’—π’† in the knowing and I can see the evidence around me.

There was a time that I thought I would never find love

I was so desperate for it.

I was so scared of it, that I always had one foot out the door and would sabotage it

What changed is I started to 𝑏𝑒𝑙𝑖𝑒𝑣𝑒 in the evidence around me. When I saw people in love, instead of being jealous of it, I started being grateful for my love and being loved.

By the time I met Ben I 𝑏𝑒𝑙𝑖𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑑 I was π‘€π‘œπ‘Ÿπ‘‘β„Žπ‘¦ of true love and I wasn’t going to settle for anything else!

When Ben and I met our circumstance were far from ideal. He should’ve left me behind too
(Old patterns) but something was different…

I 𝑏𝑒𝑙𝑖𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑑 him when he told me he loved me after a few short weeks.

I 𝑏𝑒𝑙𝑖𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑑 him when he told me together forever.

I 𝑏𝑒𝑙𝑖𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑑 him when he said time will tell

And 11 years later we are blissfully in love!

You see, we make decisions in our life based on the evidence around us and what we know to be true based on how we were raised. And even when we see it for others, we don’t 𝑏𝑒𝑙𝑖𝑒𝑣𝑒 it to be true for us.

Because they are more beautiful, more social, more known, thinner, funnier etc…

❌The evidence showed me that I wasn’t loveable

❌The evidence showed me that I wasn’t good enough to be the only one

❌The evidence showed me that I needed to be the dominant one, the financial earner and to be the masculine. (Ex-conditioned liberal feminist)

But the evidence was all wrong!

My life up until then was based on the trauma of my past and the brain wash of our system.

I’ve spent years of my life re-writing my story. Reprogramming my 𝑏𝑒𝑙𝑖𝑒𝑓𝑠. Building my strength, falling in love with myself and allowing myself to receive!

I started to π’ƒπ’†π’π’Šπ’†π’—π’† in me and the evidence π‘Žπ‘Ÿπ‘œπ‘’π‘›π‘‘ me!

If I saw true love, I π‘˜π‘›π‘’π‘€ it was mine too.

If I saw a woman treated like a queen, I π‘˜π‘›π‘’π‘€ my day would come.

If I saw luxury, travel, any π‘‘β„Žπ‘–π‘›π‘” I 𝑏𝑒𝑙𝑖𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑑 those things could be mine!

✨They believe in magic
✨They believe in the impossible being possible!
✨Last, but not least they believe they CAN!

Always, even when they don’t. Or even when it gets hard. Or even when they quit. Eventually they bring themselves back to alignment in the belief of success.

Next week is jam packed with in person events and I couldn’t be happier.

My word this year is connection and I’ve been doing just that.

The other day I went for a facial and it was the first time I didn’t get yelled at 😬.

You see up until 2 months ago I didn’t even wash my face πŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆ.

I know it’s embarrassing to say out loud.

I mean I would splash water on my face, but there was no face wash, no soap, no toners, no serums… just a moisturizer and wallah!

Lucky for me, all these years I’ve focused on gut health and because of that have reversed aged.

But my skin was dry, dull and sun damaged.

A few months ago I was introduced to π‘ƒπ‘’π‘Ÿπ‘’ π»π‘Žπ‘£π‘’π‘›. A huge delivery of home products that included a five piece face kit showed up to my house in a beautiful box with directions and it changed not only my skin but my life!

For years I π‘Ÿπ‘’π‘“π‘’π‘ π‘’π‘‘ to use skin care. I said I would π‘›π‘’π‘£π‘’π‘Ÿ do a daily routine and here I am…

My skin is now hydrated. The dark spots are evening out. The lines aren’t as deep and I’ve stopped wearing face powders on my face.

Not so bad for 42.5!

On top of my great skin, my bank account grows every Friday and I’ve earned two luxury vacations and luggage for my trips!

And the best part?? Sisterhood and Mentorship!

Yesterday morning my phone rang…

𝐻𝑒’𝑠 𝑙𝑖𝑠𝑑𝑒𝑛𝑖𝑛𝑔 π‘‘π‘œ π‘šπ‘’ I thought. Then I laugh bc those are my same words to β„Žπ‘–π‘š.

The last few weeks have been pretty crazy around our house. I can’t tell you the last time we had a solo date night… we didn’t even have anniversary dinner! (It’s a good thing we celebrate everyday Benjamin lover πŸ˜‰)

There’s always something to do or somewhere to be…

There’s always people, children around, and while I wouldn’t have it any other way I desire my own one to one time with my bestie.

So this week I started to π‘Žπ‘ π‘˜ for what I needed.

I 𝑛𝑒𝑒𝑑𝑒𝑑 to be wined, dined and πŸ˜‰

I communicated my feelings.

I was grateful for connection and then the call…

Me: oh yeah? Well if Ben Lover is calling I am all in. Let me move things around.

11 years together and I love him more everyday, but if we don’t connect like this then love days turn into bicker and argue days and no one has time for that!

So go ahead and ask your partner to take you on a date! And if you are solo, take yourself out sister! Act as though your already in love starts with loving you ❀️.

The word FREEDOM has been thrown around the last 2 years like nothing for some.

It’s because most people have no idea what π‘“π‘Ÿπ‘’π‘’π‘‘π‘œπ‘š really means.

We are slaves to our jobs 9-5.

We are slaves to the fear of judgement we might receive.

We are slaves to the ideology of go to school, go to work, get married, have kids, repeat…

We lose ourselves along the way of growing up because we aren’t given the time and space to expand our love for life.

We get squeezed into a box at school, where we all have to write the same, read the same and no one gets left behind.

We are not allowed to shine too bright for someone else might feel bad…

We spend our days and nights trying to make sure that our friends, neighbors, teachers π‘™π‘–π‘˜π‘’ us that we forget who we are and we don’t even like ourselves.

It’s a hamster wheel cycle that keeps you trapped.

Freedom is truly being free!

Free from others opinions.

Free from overthinking.

Free from wondering what others think of what you’re doing, wearing or anything really.

You π’ƒπ’†π’„π’π’Žπ’† so incredibly comfortable in your skin, body and mind that your soul gets to be free!
