Exercise is essential for maintaining healthy joints.

Here are some ways to get moving:
-Engage in low-impact exercises such as walking, swimming, or biking.
-Practice stretching and flexibility exercises to improve range of motion.
-Choose activities that are enjoyable to you to maintain motivation.
-Don't overdo it - listen to your body and rest when needed.
-Work with a physical therapist or trainer to create an exercise plan that's right for you.

Here are some ways we can work towards achieving health for all:

-Advocate for policies that prioritize healthcare access and affordability.
-Educate yourself and others about health-related issues and prevention measures.
-Encourage healthy habits such as regular exercise, healthy eating, and stress management.
