No extra charge for most in-house point-of-care labs (such as strep tests and urine dipsticks) or for in-house procedures (such as mole removals). We have coordinated for steeply discounted labs (e.g. blood draw $6, blood count $2, thyroid blood screen $2), steeply discounted outside radiology tests (e.g. a 3-4 view x-ray plus reading $60) and much more... all for a low monthly membership. Monthly Membership Fees:*

Children aged 0-17: $30/mo**

Adults 18-25 years old: $50/mo

Adults 26-39 years old: $89/mo

Adults 40-64 years old: $119/mo

Adults 65+: $159/mo

We are not in network with Medicaid. We can only register a Medicaid recipient for the membership if a family member that is NOT a part of the Medicaid recipient's household is paying the membership as a gift (such as one adult sibling paying for their adult sibling's individual or family membership). GFM has a one-month minimum enrollment with no cancellation penalty. Enrollment fee is $99 per adult, max of $198 per family.

*We do things differently here. If you have insurance OR a government insurance program (such as Medicare, Tricare Select, etc.) that you would like to use for outside services, you are welcome to use that insurance for ordered outside labs, medications, immunizations, radiology studies and referrals. Dr. Glover will be happy to help facilitate that. We do not accept insurance (such as Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare or private insurance) for any services provided within the walls of Glover Family Medicine.

**With at least one parent signup. Call us for our low rates for children without a parent signup. Please note, we do not provide most vaccinations for ages 0-6 in-house. We can help coordinate your young child's vaccinations at the public health department's immunization clinic.

Come at 4, 5, or 6 before a presentation/demo time or just swing by anytime to say hi! I saw my first GFM direct primary care (DPC) patients as a home visit doctor when my first lease fell through in Nov 2016. I kept that up until I opened the physical clinic in a different space three months later. So that makes 9 years. Thank you to my community for embracing GFM!

Taking time this weekend to invest in better brain health for our community!
