On Thursday, July 31 from 11 AM to 9 PM, Lolley’s Ice Cream shop in Monument will be supporting Jackson Creek’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s team by donating a portion of the day's proceeds to the Alzheimer’s Association!

Come enjoy summer and support the Alzheimer’s Association at the same time!

Lolley’s will be flocked with the fundraiser flamingos too!!!

Our Diners, Desserts and Drives event yesterday was a lot of fun!🤩 Our residents and guests enjoyed visiting with the Tri Lakes Cruisers car enthusiasts and learning about the car they brought to the car show. We want to thank Tri Lakes Cruisers for partnering with Jackson Creek Senior Living and organizing so many members to be at this special event. A big shout out to all of our volunteers who helped yesterday! Thank you to Matthew South with Bloom Healthcare, Michelle Ebert with Medride, Craig Johnson with the Craig Alan Group Resident Realty, Valerie Wentworth, Sue and Blake.
