If you’d like to switch your network specialty referral from where Humana originally sent it,

📞 Call the provider’s office directly to confirm:
They’re in-network for your specific plan
They’re accepting new patients

✅ Then call Humana at 1(800) 444-5445 to have your referral changed to that location.
✅ Do this before scheduling your appointment to save time and avoid surprise out of pocket costs.
