CLINIC UPDATE!!!

Thanks to the support of our patients, our referral sources and our amazing staff, we have expanded into a new and much larger location!

Thankfully we didn’t have to go far and are in the same shopping center but are now street facing NW 150th ST.

We worked our tails office this weekend and we’re OPEN for business TOMORROW 6/30/2025 at the new location.

Thank you to my family and all our staff for helping pull off the move. Some folks aren’t in the pics but a lot of people helped get it done.

All of us feel extremely grateful for the growth and this is an opportunity for us to continue to provide care that excels and sets the standard for outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy.

We helped a lot of people at the original OSSPT NW OKC location. We’ve grown helping one patient at a time and providing excellent outcomes. It’s been
a little bittersweet moving out of the original location, but sometimes bigger is better and this new location will allow us to provide an even better experience for our patients and help our therapists continue to show off their skills!

Dry needling for sternocleidomastoid tightness!

Often times acute joint dysfunctions can lead to some persistent guarding of surrounding musculature leading to tightness, pain and lost function. Dry needling can be an effective tool to addressing these impairments.

I recently added another tool to the toolbox by becoming Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified. Working with athletes has been part of my clinical practice since day 1 of my career and this is another way to better serve my golfing athletes.

What does being TPI Certified mean? The TPI movement screen is a simple test to quickly evaluate a player’s physical capabilities. The results of that assessment are used to determine how technical elements of the player’s swing could be related to what their body can or cannot do. Once this screen is finished, the results are used to create a plan unique for that golfer.

By combining my training as a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Board Certified Sports Physical Therapist with this golf specific assessment, I'm confident I can help golfers of all skill levels! If you are a golfer who wants to move better, have less pain or simply play better, reach out to have an assessment!
