We are getting excited to see you all out at the 2025 Trick or Trails event at Ben Geren Park THIS SATURDAY!

Join Fort Kids Children’s Museum for a not-so-scary Halloween adventure at Ben Geren Park! 🌳🍬

✨ Walk our one-mile nature trail featuring 15 trick-or-treat stops with candy and fun surprises around every bend!

✨ Costumes encouraged (but not required) — come as you are and enjoy the fall magic!

✨ Meet more than 20 amazing community partners who are helping us bring Halloween fun for kids and grown-ups of all ages!

Our team had such a special night serving local moms and new parents at Hope Pregnancy Center during their Thursday night classes 💕

For the first group, we shared early postpartum exercises, breath work, and gentle movements to help reduce pain and support recovery so mamas can feel stronger and more confident caring for their little ones.

The second class was a full house of expecting parents! Dr. Lauren and Dr. Grace did an incredible job walking them through birth prep, labor tips, and practical tools to help them feel empowered for delivery.

We love getting to support our local families and partner with organizations doing amazing work in our community! 🌿

Had the best dinner with .maddiepelvicpt and .gracepelvicpt with . What these ladies do is incredible and is life changing for so many women. We had the best time discussing pelvic health and how we can better serve the women of Oklahoma. ❤️

We hear that some quality pelvic health care is needed over state lines into AR. 😜 What do you say we do something about it?! Perfect Peace is set to expand to Fort Smith this August! 🤩

Our fabulous team (Dr. Lauren, Dr. Maddie, Dr. Grace, and our rockstar admin assistant, Tabrina) will continue to take tremendous care of you while I (Dr. KP) will be moving back to AR to serve alongside my husband in a new ministry role at Cavanaugh Church. ⛪️

This announcement is bittersweet. I have made so many beautiful friendships since Perfect Peace was established. I will miss this community so much (and will make consistent trips back 😉), but have a “perfect peace” God is calling us into this new season.

With this big shift, Dr. Maddie will be stepping into the Chief Operating Officer (COO) role to work alongside me in ensuring the success of this business, particularly that the Oklahoma clinic continues to blossom. 🌼✨

Even if it has been years, you can absolutely still make a difference in your symptoms! While we would LOVE if every women had immediate guidance and rehab after a pregnancy, sometimes you might find yourself several years down the road before that’s possible. Just know, we will meet you exactly where you are and walk with you in your healing journey🤍

Goodness— God is so good to have blessed us with . We have LOVED having her at the clinic these last 10 weeks. She rocked her rotation & .maddiepelvicpt killed the whole CI thing. 🔥

For her in-service she did an awesome job reviewing the complexities of the nerves around the pelvis and reflecting on a challenging case she has been working on with one of our lovely clients.

Grace, we have loved having your knowledge + energy in our space. You are a gem. 💎

My vision for this business began after a pretty traumatic birth experience in the middle of the pandemic. I knew God was calling me to use my trials for HIS glory.

I pursued my obstetric certification and the coursework solidified that not only did God give me the calling, but a DEEP passion to educate women in pregnancy how to prepare their bodies, minds, and hearts for birth.

And here’s the really cool thing— it didn’t stop there. He has uniquely worked within and equipped each of these ladies that are a part of the Perfect Peace team to do the same exact thing— empower mamas for birth with their God given stories, passions, and skills.

We offer birth classes to both new and established patients. (We obviously recommend having care established as we are already familiar with the needs of your body). We generally recommend to have this class around 34-36 weeks, but will give a specific recommendation based upon YOU.

In this one-on-one class we cover:
✨stages of labor
✨how to communicate birth goals
✨strategies to assist with labor progression
✨natural pain management considerations
✨manual techniques + positions to open various points of the pelvis to create space for baby
✨relaxation of pelvic floor + breath strategies in response to contractions & for effective “pushing”
✨immediate PP recovery / when to seek out care

We’ve known all along our class is pretty darn good, but now we get to share it is THE best in OKC. 😉
