We are diligently returning calls and working through every message. We may have underestimated just how many wonderful families would reach out—so thank you for your patience while we balance creating charts, scheduling appointments, and sharing the most accurate information with you.
At this time, due to pending malpractice coverage, we are unable to process referrals, refill prescriptions, or complete school forms. We know this may cause inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding as we work quickly to have these services available again.
We remain deeply committed to meeting your child’s needs and to making this transition as smooth as possible.
For those requesting immunization records, these are included in the records release from Norman. Please see our previous post for instructions on how to request them.
