I wanted to take a moment to appreciate two amazing individuals who have had a profound impact on my yoga journey for over 10 years - Mary and Eddy. 🙏
Sometimes in life, we come across people who not only inspire us but also guide us with their kind, compassionate, and yet firm and respectful approach to yoga. Mary and Eddy have been those incredible teachers for me. Their teaching style resonates with me on a deep level, and I find myself drawn to their classes whenever I can. 🌟
This past year has been challenging for me especially after having to close the studio. It was hard for me to find my way back to my physical practice. But this weekend, I had the opportunity to attend a workshop with Mary and Eddy, and it was exactly what I needed. The workshop rejuvenated my love for yoga and reignited my passion to share it with others. 🌈
Now, I’m excited to announce that I feel ready to start teaching again! 🎉 It’s been a long time coming, and I’m grateful to Mary and Eddy for helping me find my way back to this path. I can’t wait to embark on this new chapter and share the transformative power of yoga with others. 🌞
They have truly changed my life, and I’m forever grateful for their presence in my yoga journey. 🙌
